Tell us about a typical day at Quickline for you…

“I start off every day with a Manager huddle where we discuss how we did the day before and what our focus for the day is. I then speak to the teams to find out how they are and if there is anything that needs sorting from the early shift! I then have an individual team huddle with Transport to discuss their targets and focus. Apart from that, I crack on the with day and deal with the day-to-day running of my depot!”

A work-related accomplishment that you’re really proud of?

“The development of my young team and watching how they have grown into a very accomplished unit.”
